Lady Gaga and Katy Perry have both confirmed performances at the upcoming 53rd Annual Grammy Awards. The show will air live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 13 at 8 PM on CBS.

Lady Gaga and Katy Perry will not only perform, but are both also nominated for several awards at this year’s show. Lady Gaga has pulled down six nods this year including Album Of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for The Fame Monster; Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, and Best Short Form Music Video for “Bad Romance”; Best Pop Collaboration With Vocals for “Telephone” (with Beyonce); and Best Dance Recording for “Dance In The Dark.”

Katy is nominated for four awards this year including Album Of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Teenage Dream, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for “Teenage Dream,” and Best Pop Collaboration With Vocals for “California Gurls” (with Snoop Dogg). Lets Hope Katy wins Katy Perry Fans ! <3

Katy Perry and comedian Russell Brand have enjoyed casino games such as blackjack as part of the celebrations for the singer’s grandmother’s birthday.
Katy and Russell were pictured visiting Planet Hollywood’s Resort and Casino in Las Vegas earlier this week to mark Ann Hudson’s 90th.Family members enjoyed time together at the Strip House steak restaurant within the complex, before Katy and Russell enjoyed several games of blackjack. Katy wore a short silver dress for the bash, along with pink heels, while russell wore a grey suit.on Wednesday (January 12th), Katy paid tribute to her Grandma on Twitter, writing: “Happy 90th birthday Grandma Hudson. But my mind was soon put at ease when I realised that the pop star was posing with actor NEIL PATRICK HARRIS because she’s appearing in TV show How I Met Your Mother.

Katy will star alongside series regulars including JASON SEGEL and Neil Patrick Harris on an episode called Oh Honey later this year.

She will reportedly play the beautiful, naive cousin of Zoey who is referred to as Honey by lead character Ted and the gang. “Katy is a tremendous talent and we are delighted to be able to work with her.”
